Automatic line for production of medical and/or surgical masks. Speed up to 400 ppm or 80 m/min. Efficiency above 90%, waste less than 2%. Full servo on the complete line, electrical system with main panel, motors, fans, control boxes, drive panel, PLC and HMI latest generation Allen Bradley - Rockwell. Consisting of:
- unwinder with pneumatic shafts 3 inch (76 mm) for upper nonwoven, max width 300 mm
- unwinder with pneumatic shafts 3 inch (76 mm) for middle layer nonwoven, max width 300 mm
- unwinder with pneumatic shafts 3 inch (76 mm) for lower nonwoven, max width 300 mm
The unit has been engineered to unwind the material at a low and constant tension, with settable values. It consists of two reel-holding spindles, a zero-speed splicer and a material reserve.

- continuous welding device with 2 heater cylinders for upper nonwoven and 2 heater cylinders for lower nonwoven with digital independent temperatures control. 2 cooling cylinders to stabilize welding.
- cutting device with 2 rotary cutters
- elastic unwinding, gluing and cut and place application unit with elastic material unwinder (max width 180 mm - shaft 3 inch), hot-melt system to fix the elastic material to the web, with hot-melt hopper feeder, pump, temperature control and 2 hoses. 2 hot-melt slot die coating heads for the elastic. Elastic cut and place application system with infeed vacuum conveyor belt with counter pressing roll, cutting shaft, anvil/transfer roll.
