Agglomerator

The rotating blade of the

granulator cuts off the incoming

material to achieve the crushing

effect. The frictional heating

caused by the high-speed

rotating blades will heat the

material and ensure that the

material shrinks before the

melting point. The optimally

designed diversion structure can

effectively compact the material

and directly feed it into the

extruder screw, while the wall of

the pelletizer barrel blocks the

backflow material. It integrates

crushing, drying and compaction

to ensure output.

Our specially designed single

screw extruders rely on physical

shearing to "softly melt"

pre-compacted materials. For

different materials, screw

compression ratio,

length-diameter ratio, shearing,

mixing, and exhaust will be

designed accordingly. According

to customer requirements, the

barrel and screw can be sprayed

or welded with alloys to provide

service life.

38CrMoAlA, after nitriding

treatment, the depth of the

nitrided layer is 0.4-0.7mm, with

high strength, high wear

resistance and corrosion

resistance. The surface hardness

of the nitriding treatment is

HV950-1000, and the brittleness
