Working process:

 

Feed the materials into the chain type conveyor and convey to the shredder ,the shredder will

shred the materials into big pieces.Then the shredded materials will be conveyed by

conveyor into the hammer crusher to be crushed into small pieces. The dust collector will

collect the dust during crushing. Then the crushed materials will be separated by the

magnetic separator to remove the irons and plastic and non-ferrous metals will go down and

be conveyed into a rotary screen to be separated into 3 output with 3 size.These three output

will go to three sets of eddy current separators and separate the plastic and non-ferrous

metals.

Function:Feed the material into the double shaft shredder

 

Working principle:

 

The conveyor belt is connected into a closed ring, and the tension device is used to tighten them. Under the

drive of the motor, the friction between the conveyor belt and the driving drum (or the driving wheel)

makes the conveyor belt run continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of transferring the cargo from the

loading end to the unloading end.

2. Double shaft Hydraulic Shredder machine

 

Function:Shred the materials into big pieces;

 

Working principle:

 

The double shaft shredder uses two sets of rotors with shredder blades to rotate relatively in the equipment

Working principle:

 

The working principle of the hammer crusher is to use the high-speed rotating hammer head to impact the

material to break it, so the transmission device is directly driven by the motor through the elastic coupling

to rotate the main shaft, the main shaft is installed in the bearing seat on both sides of the frame through the

spherical aligning ball bearing. Bearings are regularly lubricated with dry oil to ensure the normal operation

7. Drum magnetic separator

 

Function:Remove the irons

 

Working principle:The material containing ferromagnetic substances is uniformly lowered to the first

conveyor belt by the receiving hopper through the electromagnetic vibration feeder. When the material

passes through a strong magnetic roll, the ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed to the strong magnetic roll

due to the adsorption of magnetic force, and the rotation of the belt makes it out of the magnetic field and

fall to the collection bucket. Other materials and non-selected ferromagnetic substances enter the following

stage with the chute magnetic separation belt to complete the selection, the principle is the same as above.

Working principle:

The main structure of the roller screen is a screening cylinder, which is a screen composed of a number of
