two shaft shredders are specially designed for rough shredding, low speed, high torgue

operation minimize the noise and power consumption whist high throughput rates. The shredder

blades are made from best quality steel and heatreated by Bodycote for optimal shredding performance.

All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of material, output,

final product.

Secondary Shredding: Tire Rasper is a heavy duty rasper for initial and secondary size reduction of materials,the

rubber blocks from the tire shredder will be delivered to this rasper by conveyor, the rasper can cut the rubber

blocks to 10-20mm rubber chips and remove the steels from the rubber blocks, there would be 2 magnetic separator

to separate the steels from the rubber chips. The purity of the steels can reach above 96% purity, the purity of the

rubber can reach 98% pure without steels.

 High inertia from the flywheel ensures an even load on the machine, thus yielding a higher cutting power.

 The machine is reducer driven for simple transmission, and the rotor is manufactured and designed for minimum

wear.

Granulation: The granulators are high speed, single shaft granulators for the final granulation step. It’s specially

designed for processing materials like tyres, cables, aluminium scrap (all types), plastics, etc.

The materials from the rasper will be deliver to this granulator and get 1-5mm rubber granules. And at the same time

we can separate the nylon from the rubber granules. From this step we can get pure and beautiful rubber granules

without steels and nylon fiber inside. The rubber granules can be used for playground, grass filler and so on.
